The Experience
It is 100% hands-on. You cook your own paella from scratch with the chef guiding you — it is not a watch-only show.
Yes, entirely in English by a local bilingual chef. The experience is designed specifically for international travelers.
About 90 minutes, including hands-on cooking, artisan sangria, and sitting down to eat the paella you made on the rooftop.
Hands-on cooking instruction, artisan sangria, Spanish appetizers, all fresh ingredients, a recipe card to take home, professional photos, a rooftop tour, and a small keepsake gift.
Just yourself and an appetite — we provide everything: aprons, ingredients, equipment, and the recipe to take home.
No experience needed. The class is fully guided by our chef, step by step — complete beginners and seasoned home cooks both leave having cooked a real paella from scratch.
Location & Logistics
On a private rooftop in downtown Seville with direct views of the Seville Cathedral. The exact address and meeting instructions are shared after your booking is confirmed.
Unfortunately no. The rooftop is on the third floor and the building has no elevator, so the venue is not wheelchair accessible and isn't suitable for guests who can't manage stairs.
The rooftop has a canopy, so light rain is no problem and the class goes ahead as planned. In the rare event of heavy rain combined with strong wind, we'll cancel and give you a full refund.
Dietary & Group
Yes. Gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, halal, and kosher options are available with advance notice — just tell us when you book.
Groups are kept small, with a maximum of 10 guests in the standard group experience to keep it intimate and hands-on. Private experiences accommodate up to 15.
This is an adults-only experience with a minimum age of 18. There is no separate child rate — every guest books a standard adult ticket. It's especially popular with couples, friends, and groups celebrating birthdays, hen parties, and special occasions.
Cancellation & Policies
Yes — we run a rooftop paella experience in Barcelona via our local partner, which includes a market tour. Madrid is in progress and not yet operational. Seville is our flagship location.
